I am not satisfied with Ford grapevine because when I bought the car 2 years ago I was advised that if I pay the warranty which was an additional $4000 plus on top of the price of the car the warranty would be from bumper to bumper that was was they explained to us. Now that we want to change the rear shocks we have to pay $700 plus because it is not covered by the warranty and then when we ask them what are the covered parts they do not what to answer.
