Always the best service here! Scott is excellent and a great asset to South County Lexus. He was funny, energetic, and had the best customer service even at 7am. I worked at car dealerships and that is hard to find. Thank you for making everything easy and joyful. Keep up the great work! I’ll definitely be back for more repairs.

Horrible customer service. My oil change took 3 hours. Jorge told me he would let me know when it was done. I waited in the customer areas and had to ask twice if it was ready. He did not come and get me or call me when it was ready. Did not apologize for the wait time or lack of communication. Will be using a different dealer for my oil changes
