So my car is good I only had an oil change and Tire rotation. When I made the appointment through my app I picked Hugh hey did Mark that I did not want to be phone call but I did at least want to email did not receive an email. I accidentally said that I’m here to see Hugo have my appointment at 8:30 and he was very nice he helped me out. He looked it up and noticed that I was actually assigned to Hugh. So I was waiting for my car and after two hours I went up and asked to Hugo How much longer. Hugo said he sent it over to hue. When I walked over there he was actually helping someone else so the person that was actually in number three helped me out.I believe the gentleman’s name was Brad Hollack. So between Brad and Hugo if your service representatives are paid on commission I believe it should be them to knock you he barely spoke to me even when Brad was checking me out he was too busy on his phone. To me it look like he was having a bad day.

I brought my car in Tuesday for an oil change, tire rotation and zaktek. You had my car all day and the zaktak didn't get done. So. I went Thursday to have it done and was supposed to get a loaner car. I got there and was told they didn't have loaner. I needed a car so I could pick up my son from school. Now, I have to go back again. It's been a nightmare and an inconvenience for me. I don't even want to go back there. I might find another dealership and see if I get better service.
