I was not satisfied with the customer service. I was told that the oil change and car wash would take an hour to an hour and a half at the very most so I decided to wait at the dealership. I waited for 2 hours and 20 minutes before i decided to go and talk to the service advisor Nick Thaxton myself. I asked him if there was any update on my truck and he said that it was actually finished 15 minutes ago. He apologized and said that he was just about to go look for me.

Hugo, Was great! But the technician was not so great! I brought geniune chevrolet new replacement transmission Filter and gasket. I stood and watched Hugo tell the technician Instructions on the trans service yet when i went to leave after paying I noticed my filter and parts were still on the seat of truck. The technician failed To change the filter out and for whatever reason just changed the pan gasket and fluid. I had to wait an additional 2 hours For my vehicle while they re-dropped the pan and replaced the filter and fluid. It brings to question if i hadnt supplied the parts and paid for midway to supply the parts it makes me believe the tech may have just drained the fluid and used the old parts. I live in California my son lives in phoenix henceforth why i was at midway. I do know my dealership Delillo chevrolet in Huntington Beach, Ca would have never made this error. Please address this for your customers in the future it wasnt a pleasant experience waiting for 4 1/2 hours. Hugo definitely softened The blow and made it as pleasant as possible.

9 out of 10. I did not have an appt. but the managed to get me taken care in about an hr. (and they were clearly quite busy). Everyone was friendly. My problem was minor but I was treated as though I was a valuable customer. Even the chai very good. I deduct 1 point because, while I was waiting, I rec'd a txt thanking me for 'choosing Lexus'. I wasn't sure if it meant my car was ready or was just marketing. It was just marketing. I recomend you save that stuff until after everything is complete. "Thank you for flying (name of airline here), we know you have a choice ..." blah blah blah. I had to close down what I was doing to go and find out. It's a small thing, but then that's why you're asking my opinion, right?
