Thank you to Jason for taking your time to explain everything that was performed on my Jeep and also the additional information I didn’t know about my Jeep. I appreciate it !

I would because Mike was very polite and professional. However, they took a bracket off my fog light to try and find a replacement and forgot to remount the bracket and the light fixture fell out and broke the bulb. Also miscommunications in getting an alignment done did not happen so I have to Bering back to correct the two issues.

I arrived at 7:40 AM (11/3) and was greeted by Mr. Ken Vasquez. I informed him that I was scheduled to have a 40K mile service. I asked Mr. Vasquez approximately how long will this service take, he stated around 1 1/2 hours. At 9:00 AM, Mr. Vasquez informed me of additional services (in cabin filter & brakes) needed for my vehicle. I asked Mr. Vasquez if he could schedule it for November 10th at 7:40 AM, he said that will be fine. I asked him if my vehicle was ready and he stated that it just needs to be washed and will be ready in 10 minutes. 20 minutes later I went to the customer service counter to speak to Mr. Vasquez but he was assisting another customer. So another representative (very nice lady) asked if she could help me. I informed her of my situation, so she informed her manager (don’t remember their names). He said he would process me out but it will take about 10 minutes. I told him that I needed to leave ASAP. At 9:45 AM, Mr. Ken Vasquez finally was able to assist me. As he started to check me out, he stated that he would not be here next weekend, can you reschedule the additional services until November 17th. I informed him that I prefer that I keep it on November 10th, so he asked another customer service tech (Josh) to take care of it. My biggest complaint is that I was told that my vehicle will be ready in 10 minutes but in actuality it took 45 minutes and it was not even WASHED. Then to ask me to reschedule my additional services to meet his needs is very inconsiderate and unprofessional. Very unhappy of the poor customer service provided by Nissan.

Casanova took well care of me and provided with some advise as well.

I was pleased with this service experience.
