My main concern is always customer service. I never care what I have to pay or what needs to be done, I just want to be treated right and I must say that Pete's customer service is/was second to none. He kept me well informed, he was courteous and professional, made sure I understood my options, but best of all he personally lent a hand to my truck when the garage was lagging behind. I could not ask for better!

None of the issues were corrected. Alignment is still incorrect. Backup camera works less than when I brought it in, and I have new check engine codes.

Since my car was in for a recall felt I should have been given a rental the entire time you had my car. I was only offered a rental when the replacement part was defective and you had to order another one.

I forgot to mention to Nick that the Bluetooth devise is not hooked up. Those at the dealership could not enable it. they said they would call me to bring the Sonic in the next day. Never heard a word from them. I planned on having it enabled at my first servicing. I would like to make an appt to have it looked at. Thank you I will be waiting for your response (ho hum) Linda S

John was fine. I just feel everytime I bring my vehicle in it is always a week that you have it. I think your service is too slow, you always have my vehicle for way too long. I will not get another Dodge vehicle in the future because of this
