The only thing is the sticker with milesge updated and date was not replaced..so i am not sure when my next service will be

As soon as I left, I noticed the right front turn signal was out. I would think that would have been noticed during the test driving. Other than that, I was able to communicate with my service advisor better this time due to using text messaging and email. No phone tag!!! That greatly reduces stress and anxiousness.

I felt as if Charlie thought I was an idiot based on what he was trying to have me believe. I will be more than happy to discuss it with someone. Also, my service agreement provides an oil change twice a year. He said, you have low mileage and left it at that. If I want have my oil changed twice a year regardless of whether I drive a lot of miles or not, I expect it to be done.

I am a friend of South County Lexus. I am leasing my 3rd car from them. And have referred a friend who has leased two cars.
This last weekend was not the best service I had received.
First it took over 2 hours just to get my car washed. ( The longest ever experienced over the years.)
No one was responding to my texts as to the status of my car wash.
After I inquired in person, the interaction was not the typical friendly interaction I was used to. And no one even knew I had received a text and who was in charge of responding to it.
I had requested to please top off my rear window washer fluid, since it was not done during my last service appointment. ( no big deal!) after I drive off my car I tested, and noticed they had forgotten to do it before returning the car. ( after nearly 2:20 hrs.) I circled back and Micheal was quick to take the car back and take card of it. ( he was the only one nice and friendly, the rest seemed a bit tired, or uninterested to help or even say something nice sorry for your inconvenience... ( again no big deal... but I thought management would like to know...)

Made an appointment for 9 am. Expected my vehicle back that afternoon. Started calling & texting at 4:00 to check status. Didn’t get a call until 6:15 saying it was ready but I was already at a dinner meeting. Picked it up the next morning and somehow the back end had water spots all over it. The first time I’ve taken a vehicle to a dealer and it came back dirtier than when I took it in.

Brought the truck in due to check engine light coming on. Drove it home on Saturday. Sunday morning the check engine light is back on. I spent with warranty coverage and my amount due $1214. Very frustrated! Hugh was great but the problem is not solved!
