I told the advisor that I had a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. The coupon was for $34.95. No other questions were asked to me, but when I arrived to pay, the coupon was not honored. I was told it was not valid for synthetic oil, which I never requested and was not told until after the fact. $5 was deducted, but it was still more than the coupon amount.
