I thought it was great, I was reluctant to return to Reliable due to the replacing of my window regulator, I came there with the window not rolling down, service guy witnessed it, serv tech said it was fine, worked for him, few days later had to go back again, then got told it was The regulator, after a 2nd charge for being told this, had to go back again and have a charge of $288 to replace the regulator, I felt that shouldn't have happened like that, 3 separate charges close to $500 total.
