I wasn’t told about needing to replace an air filter, I found out through an email sent to me. I was told when I bought my car there I was told I had free car wash and interior detailing for life. The job was so crummy, I won’t be using this “free” service. The back area was never vacuumed it still had random grass. I was assigned to a person in service that “wasn’t there” is what I was told when I dropped off my car, along with a four hour wait. Not sure of the point of having an appointment. When I picked it up the guy that helped me said “I’m not assigned to your car but I guess I can help you.” Not impressed for sure. Considering I bought my car there this summer, this isn’t reassuring.
