This is the third time I’m answering this and still no one has contacted us with an apology. Do you really want your loyal customers to feel under-valued? We plan to buy a new car in the next year and for the first time in 20 years, we probably won’t be coming to South County Lexus. I’m really disappointed in the lack of response we’ve received. I guess business is so good you can afford to lose a customer every so often, huh?
