I Made an appointment for a simple oil change which I told be quick. I was there for over three hours. Why did I make an appointment???? If I make an appointment in advance I shouldn’t have to wait over three hours for a simple oil change. That is ridiculous. This is the way you do service I will take my jeep to Chapman from now on. If I make an appointment in advance I should be in and out within an hour hour and a half. That’s why we make appointments and if it’s that busy you should make an appointment. Or at least inform someone that even though you have an appointment and might take three hours. Nate is not to blame for this, he even rotated my tires to help give me a quick. What happen why was her such a breakdown? Why did I waste three hours and my only day off All week.???????
