We came for an oil change and were originally told that we were looking at an hour wait. In the end, the oil change took closer to two hours and there wasn’t a lot of communication about why the extra time was needed.

Truck in for recall. You did not have all the parts to complete the recall. I should have been notified that the entire recall could not have been completed. Now I will have to come back and leave my truck for another day! Very disappointed. The parts required should have been in stock and verified when appointment was made.
