The service received was horrible and completely unacceptable. The vehicle has less than 5,000 miles and to have GPS, Navigation, etc freeze and not operate is shocking. To make matters worse, South County Lexus did not seem to really care about the problem. When asked about a loaner, we were told no, it is not a safety issue. How is the inability to use hands free dialing not a safety issue? How is the ability not to have access to a major component of vehicle not a safety issue? It seems that our concerns were basically blown off
