Jeff did fine, I'm more concerned about the communication to the technician or his/her understanding of the issue. I scheduled an appointment because my tire pressure sensors were not reading on the dash. I explained the right rear had been replaced and then re-learned three times by other vendors and was told by the the last vendor that there was a code in the computer and it would be best to have the dealership look into it. When I arrived today 12/10/18 for my appointment I reviewed this again with Jeff and very plainly stated to FIX it, or REPLACE the sensor as it may not be an AC Delco. They reprogrammed the tire sensors and tested it according to the book, it seemed fine. 2 hours later, I have the right rear tire pressure sensor NOT indicating. My leaving paperwork from today states that it's possible some of my electrical devices in the car may be interfering with the TPMS. All of the electric equipment has been in this car since 2016 and if that is the case it has more to do with the aftermarket sensor because none of this ever happened prior to the TPS replacement two months ago !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only issue I had today was with your departments communicating. I dropped my car off @ 7AM for a Zaktek re-application. The service advisor anticipated 2-3 hours. I did not get any feedback so at the 6 hour mark I called and was told it was ready. the transportation came and got me around 3:30. I checked in with the service advisor. he had my keys and went to get my vehicle. He found out that it was not complete. they finally completed it. it ended up taking almost 10 hours.
I have no issue with the service advisor but there is definitely room for improvement in communication and inter-department scheduling.
