My seat still sqeaks/creaks and potentially still moves a little. The movement is less noticeable than before, but the squeaking/creaking of the seat is still present. First, customer service in very poor, upon arriving for my appointment 10 minutes early I waited 15 minutes when I had to asked if someone was going to help me or not. Your employees are walking around and not one inquires if I needed help. Not One! I walked pass each service personnel door after 10 minutes of waiting near my car with no inquires of my needs, most just sitting in there office doing nothing . I return to my car and waited about 5 minutes before asking the question “if someone was going to help me or not”.
Second, parts of the car was missed with the application of Zaktek on the roof, the picture I took makes me feel like the application was done over the dirt on the car. If it was not a 30 min drive I would have return the car. This is the second time for this application and the second time it was done inadequately.
This Zaktek something you made me paid for…

With mileage at 7,516, my service representative suggested that I get a new in-cabin microfilter. I agreed to have it replaced. I later discovered from the Nissan service schedule that the filter doesn't need replacement until 15,000 miles.
