Called 4 or 5 times and never got a call back from a service advisor.
Took it in for my appointment and my platinum warranty couldn’t be located in the system for a rental truck. Once my truck was in for service they determined the APIM needed to be replaced. The truck was given back to me and the computer screen was stuck on causing the truck to be dead. We had to find alternate means to the airport the next AM. Robert did a good job picking up my truck from my house and getting it ready from my return from Mexico. The last issue was not resolved as the mechanics say they could not verify.
