The problem with the car could’ve been taken care of by simply instructing us, the owner, what to do. We waited approximately an hour in 20 minutes for the issue to be taken care of. The technician did a great job taking care of it, however it was a simple matter and took less than five minutes to fix.

I brought my brand new 250 Limited in for its first oil change and y’all put the wrong oil in it. The owners manual and the oil cap says 10w30 and you put 15w40. I came in today for you to switch out the oil for what the owners manual and Ford requires and you put oil for a gasoline engine in my diesel truck.. my receipt says you put xo10w30qsp but the oil you were supposed to put in it was co10w30qsdf. Now I can not drive my vehicle due to you errors. Again. I need a manager to call me ASAP! ****-****-xxxx
