Probably the best service advisor I’ve had at any ford dealership I’ve been to. He does a good job explaining what services are immediately needed and seems to have good understanding about the mechanical operation of the different components on my vehicle. He is one of a few advisors that has ever shaken my hand and truly thanked me for giving them the opportunity to receive my business. This first impression is incredibly reassuring for first time customers.
