A little disappointed that something went wrong 2 weeks after buying a new truck but I understand these things happen. You were a great help Mike. Thank you. On a side note, I left my vehicle for about a week. Having it washed would have been a nice gesture. Not a huge deal, but would have been a nice touch. Thanks again.

I am really upset with Nissan. I’ve been a loyal costumer for over 10 years and I’m really really upset. A couple days ago the key light turned on in my car so I took it to Cerritos Nissan to get it checked and it turns out that there was a fault code stored for the steering lock failure. An electrical problem and an issue that you guys issued a recall for awhile back. Turns out that I had to pay for it out of pocket. What is most surprising to me is that I own a 370Z, what is supposed to be one of your high end cars. I paid a lot of money for it. The reason I am so upset is because I’ve had nothing but problems with this car. Like I said, I’ve been a loyal Nissan costumer. I did the recommended milage services, changed my oil with you guys, paid your outrageous prices, everything, simply so I wouldn’t have problems with my car once it got older. Not only have I had many issues with this car, but this issue which is completely 100% out of my control & 100% Nissans fault for installing faulty products to begin with, this takes the cake. Keep in mind that my car is only at 109,000 miles. What can I expect at 120,000 miles? Are your vehicles really not meant to last longer than that? I’m starting to think Nissan builds really bad products and sells them to hard working people. I would like to get a refund back for the money I had to pay for changing the steering unit. My entire family owns Nissans and I always recommend them, but I am sincerely starting to have a change of heart. If not I will never purchase nor step into a Nissan dealership ever again. Jason when he was as cool as the other side of the pillow meaning he made me feel comfortable about the work being done he got my pee got my price down lower than he had first quoted me which was a very good thing for me to be able to do this and I would recommend him and Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep to other people yes and by the way I want to go to the next Jeep function
