Ronnie is very nice. He was very helpful with his advise of how to prioritize what needed to be done immediately, and what needed to be done depending on how long I plan to drive my car (2007 ES 350), or trade in for newer model. I appreciate Ronnie because some people talk down to women.....but not Ronnie. He tried his best to help me.

The service dept. could not hook up the Bluetooth to my phone. My phone has been hooked up to another car, and it worked great! The service dept. said the problem is with my phone. ??????
Anyway, since I prefer not investing in a new phone, I will go without the Bluetooth feature in my 2018 Sonic!! Otherwise, I love my little Sonic!!!

Very pleased with Aaron McBride's service but not pleased with service to vehicle. I would think that paying +$90 for an oil change would include topping off fluids. Brake fluid and Power Steering fluid are both low. What happened to "18 point inspection"? What else was missed?
