I pre paid 2 months in advance for a new screen in my truck. Set up appointment to get it installed and truck washed. Leave it overnight and I’m told it was ready. Go to pick it up, neither of the two was completed or even started. Spent an hour that morning trying to figure out what happened. Not a happy customer at the moment.
