Great experience and restored my faith in Reliable dealership to handle things quickly. I would like to see improvements to getting oil changes in a more reasonable amount of time instead of going to Jiffy Lube for 15 minutes. Maybe offer a separate section just for oil changes and small things like they do and get people moving through more efficiently and happy to get dealer services.

Jeremy did a marvelous job of taking care of our vehicle. When there was a problem with car pulling to the right he immediately arranged to pick up my car and drop it back off. Thank you for providing excellent service. Only comment would be that there are too many emails wanting to know how you were doing.

Historically I cannot stand grapevine ford. You have a rude and arrogant staff- Aaron McBride, also when I bought a brand new raptor your service team scratched the door and bed when being made ready. That being said Josh has done well, I haven’t picked up my truck yet but when I do pending no scratches my trust in grapevine for will be restored because of josh and josh alone. I hope you get more people like josh because I will not work with anyone other than him.
