Every time I come here it’s great. The wait time isn’t bad and it’s understandable if it runs longer... things happen. I like the knowledge of what my car may or may not need. Everyone is helpful and nice. Thanks Jorge and to everyone else.

Well, Jason was great. However it took me three days to get an oil change. The first day I called to come in I was told over the phone that all appointments were booked up and I could not make an appointment. The second day I called to set up an appointment and was told no need for an appointment for an oil change, just pull up to the quick lane. So, I pulled up to the quick lane with no other vehicles in line and I was told it would be a Three hour wait. I arrived there at 10:30 am. I was then told to call this techs # for a direct call an appointment. I called that night to set up an appointment the next afternoon at 5:00pm with no return call. The next morning I called that Techs # again left another message for an appointment at 5:00pm with no return call. I showed up on the third day at 4:22pm and Jason took care of the oil change with no appointment.
