There should be better communication between parts & Service depts. Parts had (1) Part in stock for my car. When I explained I had an appointment on Monday @ 7am, therefore save it for my car, so it could be installed - I was told they couldn’t do that! REALLY? I asked to be transferred to the Service dept - I explained my situation to the rep. And simply asked them to handle my problem, and that I would be there for my appointment on Monday! I guess Service handled it, because it was installed this Monday! But, REALLY? I can’t hold it was the answer from your Parts department (not the response I was looking for)! Need to have better communications between the (2) Depts! Normally, Service is excellent - the customer shouldn’t be the (1) doing the leg work! Oh Well! ????

My tail light had damage but had been fine for years because I keep tape on it. You guys broke the seal on the tape and my tail light came apart while driving and nearly hit another car. Now my car is not driveable. Obviously the tape was there for a reason, I don’t know why you guys wouldn’t tell me you removed it.

My taillight had a crack in it from a prior accident. It’s been fine for years because I keep tape on the light to hold it together, but the service department pulled the tape off and the tail light came apart and almost hit another car as I was driving home. I am absolutely furious at the thoughtlessness of the staff. They could have at least let me know - the tape was obviously there for a reason. Now my car is not driveable and I do not have the money to fix it.
