Jesse was great. He had to pickup where Ike left off. I made my appointment on January 9th for the 21st at 7 am. I tried calling Ike the week before to make sure the parts were in. His mother answered the phone. So I called the service manager and asked the same question. She said she would call back and never did. I took my car in at 7 am and waited 20 minutes before Jesse helped me. It was supposed to take 2 days to fix it but the parts weren't in! So I got on Thursday. I called the service manager again and she/he never returned my call. None of this was Jesse 's fault. He did his best to keep me updated and informed. None of this would have happened if Al Gaffney was still there.

I like Hugh, he has always given me good service. However on this visit Hugh was not available upon picking up my car due to a meeting, Hugo checked me out and brought me my car. Upon delivering my car he told me he put my window down and now it would no go back up. He wanted me to take my car with the window down, I did not want to. I waited for High to get out of his meeting and we talked about it. Hugo told Hugh that the window just fell down when he shut the door, I told Hugh what Hugo told me about putting the window down. I understand that things happen and parts wear out what I do not understand is the fact that a lie had to be told - Hugo told me one thing and Hugh another. Anyway, High is going to work with me and get the window fixed.
