They opened exactly at 7 am, I was quickly helped. They gentleman that drove me to work was quite pleasant. Everyone I came in contact with were very nice. And to top it off they found my ring without taking out the seat. I really appreciated that they washed the car. Thank you.

Came in because I had a light come on in the car regarding the anti-lock brake system. They had to do a cold start on it and it fixed the problem. My battery needed replacing, so they pro-rated that. They wouldn’t fix another problem I had with my tailgate because they said it was working fine and was past the warranty The bill was still $300 for some minor issues, the labor was ridiculous. Anyway, this is why I don’t bring my car there anymore. You asked, I’m telling you.

After my recent post, (about my 2013 Malibu leaking oil after having an oil change) the staff at Reliable Chevrolet have went far and above the call of duty. This is a busy time of year with my coaching responsibilities therefore leaving me with no to little time to take back to get the oil leak fix. The staff at Reliable Chevrolet met all of my needs and then some (cleaning up the oil leak in my garage). This course of action will cause me to continue to use the services of Reliable Chevrolet for my Malibu’s needs.
