Chandler did a great job; the technician, however, did not. Second straight trip I have had to return to the dealership due to an issue, which coincidentally are also the only two times they were the listed technician on my repair invoice. Both times, management and the advisors have resolved the issues and made everything okay, but having to make the return trip is frustrating.
