Alfredo was as helpful as he could be, however, my main reason for the service visit was to repair a small ding in the rider side door discovered right before leaving the facility when I completed the purchase of my car back in September.. Although the weather started bad for the morning on Friday, the paint & body personel did not show up the entire day. I will now need to make a return service trip to get the long awaited problem taken care of. My car was left all day for the repair, although a complinary oil change was provided. Alfredo did his job well and provided excellent communications during the day.

The only problem I had was about coupon I submitted. Please in future make sure was are the restrictions. The coupon was for oil change for my 2017 Rogue and no were it said that oil is conventional. My Rogue takes only synthetic oil and I had a hard time convincing service manager.
