When making the service appt on the phone, agent stated a loaner car would be provided. Service advisor was giving me a hard time about providing a loaner car.

Still have my car in the shop, because I as am not satisfied with the performance of my transmission, and Nissan does not seem to want to honor their warranty. It is not Eric's fault, or any of the mechanics, that Nissan engineered a piece of junk, and is willing to stick it to their customers. Nissan keeps this up. They will never have repeat customers.
