I am very pleased with Steve Lloyd and everyone at Airpark Dodge-jeep. I was met promptly upon my arrival at Airpark Dodge-jeep service department by Steve Lloyd and his supervisor. My recently purchased vehicle was immediately inspected and the issue of concern was located.
Once approval for the repairs was received Steve Lloyd put a mechanic to work. The assigned mechanic (sorry I forgot his name) worked diligently through the day and stayed late to finish the work on my vehicle.
My soon to by daughter in-law and her parents have purchased Jeeps and Dodge trucks from Airpark Dodge-jeep and raved about the after purchase service they have received from Airpark Dodge-jeep.

I took my vehicle in for a recall and was told my car can not be fixed due to the gas level which I understand but than stated I would have to pay for the diagnostics. In addition he claimed my vehicle had the tpms light on and argued the fact that I said it didn’t. Even after I picked my car there was NO work done and there was NO tpms light on. As a customer I felt like all that he was doing was trying to get me to pay out money even though I was bringing it in regarding a recall matter. No only will I NOT take my car back to you, “CERRITOS NISSAN”. Im NOT going to buy my next Nissan from your organization either.

First of all he wasnt the one that attended me, it was a much nicer guy Jorge Lopez. And when i did get my car back Daniell C. was rude and didnt even acknowledge me. Would’ve rather have been with Jorge L. He was definitely way better.
