I am not happy with the cleaning on my car. Also when my daughter dropped off the car she was told it would take a week before she could get it back.

Your service tech put in the incorrect amount for my service. Someone from Lexus called and asked for my credit card over the phone. I declined which means I have to go back and re- do my payment. Inconvenient for a customer. How often does this happen?
