I was quoted a price of $800.00. That was not including labor or tax. I could not afford that by any means. I went to a second mechanic who did the entire job (Part,labor & tax) for $342.78 ! Needless to say I will NEVER return to your business EVER again !

Airpark in a whole has been spotty, it’s Michael Rico Doyan that makes me come back every time. His customer service satisfied this lady that no one else can. Last week, I went in for a burnt out headlight on a 2013 Edge Sport. I was told by Eddie that the entire assembly had to be replaced on that model. All my owner’s manual said was that it had to be done at the dealer, which I thought odd, with no instructions so I had no way to know how to replace the bulb. The headlight replacement was almost $850 after labor for a burnt out headlight. Just today, I found my old headlight assembly in the back cargo area of the vehicle and decided to see if the bulb is replaceable. I can replace the bulb and found it on Rock Auto for $18.11. I paid $850 with you guys. Very disappointed. Total incompetence to tell me I needed to replace the assembly.
