I brought my truck in for a fattening noise and was not told it would take all day even though I scheduled an appointment and affable mentos were not available to take me to and from work. I do not plan on coming back to grapevine ford and I would not refer anyone to their business.

Pete was awesome, came in without an appointment and he put me to top. Told me probably 2 hours for service,. Caught shuttle back to work and 20 minutes later service was completed. Pete then sent shuttle to my work to bring me back to dealership. Awesome customer service and that’s why I use Grdoevibe Ford.

I asked for them to check for an oil leak when I left the vehicle. I was told they would look for one. When I was told my vehicle was ready, I asked where the leak was located and told they didn’t look for a leak. I was told I could drop it off without a loaner and wait a week before they could look at it. I politely ended the conversation and will be finding another Ford dealer to do my service work.
