After my car had been in the Hooks shop for more than 6 weeks they needed a transmission tech to look at it so we transferred it to your service department. Once there, Johnny talked to Greg over at Hooks about everything they had done and Greg let him know that the transmission needed to be looked at. Once your service tech started to look at it they first wanted to put a new battery in, for $225, which did not fix the problem. I had just replaced the battery not even 2 years before. Then, after that didn’t work, they wanted to tear the engine down for almost $900 with no guarantee that that was even the issue. I felt like they never even looked at the transmission which is what we asked them to look at. So I refused the engine tear down and picked up the car, still broken.

Service department is fragmented; I'm not sure why when there are 3 issues to address on a new vehicle purchase that I would have to drive 40 mins one way three times to get each issue resolved. I lost well over $800 in income because of this fragmented service dept. I think the word I used to describe the service here was, "****"! The manager I spoke to was only concerned about the gas tank being filled when I returned the loaner car, otherwise she would charge me $5 a gallon; she certainly didn't care about future service business. Unfortunately, George had his hands tied, it wasn't his fault.

When they finally found Carl and took me to his office, he didn’t even get up & he had no idea I was coming and had to look in 2 :different places to find my appointment. He was not very friendly at first and kind of acted like I was interrupting his morning.
