Nissan Cerritos performed 45,000 Service on my 2013 Altima. Drove car and 1 hour later cae would NOT start! Car towed back to Nissan Cerritos, battery replaced.

Michael Lindley was a great in making sure my truck was looked at . I had a appointment the 5 th of February. I called Saturday and talked to Eddie and he said just wait till the 5th , I was like wow ! So I called on Tuesday and Michael waited on my call. He said to just bring it in and it would be taken care of . I got a new 2018 rental truck. I enjoyed it very much, and am thinking it over to buy one . Michael was very professional in calling ,texting, and letting me know when truck was done. I was able to read repair , what volts , ohm specs and test done . the last gentleman help me when I pick it up was as well helpful . The ladies that help me in giving me my 2 day rental to one day due to I was only to get to dealership after 6 pm , due to I close my shop at 5:30 . I am a diesel tech and lead tech of my shop. IF EDDIE WORKED FOR ME AND TALKED TO ME LIKE HE DID AND TOLD ME TO WAIT AS HE DID AND SOUNDED LIKE I WAS A KNOW BODY !! I would NOT GO BACK TO YOU GUYS !!!! MICHAEL MADE THE DIFFERENCE IN ME GOING TO YOU GUYS ! He is PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS, AND EXPLAINED TO ME ALL HE WAS GOING TO DO , THIS MAN MADE MY DAY !!!!!
