Everything was great except they told me my battery was bad when indeed it was not. I took it to two separate places to test the battery and both said it was fine so my only complaint is the upsell other than that great experience

I signed up online- and said I needed a shuttle. When I got there- I was told that there is no longer a shuttle service- so I was upset— until I was told ( by John- Morino-) I could get an uber called for me. I felt better- the uber driver was great and i tipped him cash. ( I was told I would get a call hen my car was ready and an uber ordered for me to get back to my jeep.) I got a text from service -outlining all of the additional services my jeep needed. Although I was offered a 10% discount- I didn’t feel comfortable spending $1000 without talking to my husband- so I asked to skip those services. I feel like as soon as I said that- the serviceman was not thrilled with me at all- told me to get my car by 7pm etc— I told him ( all via text) that I was told I could get an uber back-so Nicole ( who was great to work with) called and ordered an uber. It arrived promptly- I was given a ride back ( I tipped in cash) and soon got my (very dirty) jeep.. We have many cars- and I have never gotten a car back dirty before- or felt badly for not doing all of the services suggested right away..
