I brought in my car for skylight repair. It took almost 2 weeks to get the repair done because the part was obsolete but they did get it fixed. However my beige interior is very dirty. The car interior was spotless when I brought it in and it was not when I pickeedvit up. It now needs to be detailed inside.

I am disappointed in Ford with the recall. I have to wait to bring my truck back in and take the chance of my camper going down the highway I front of me when the recalled sensor put a my truck into first gear or park. Very nervous now that I know this is a possibility. I felt safe until now. I will be parking it and driving my other car until the part is ready.

I tried to talk to manager, no one is capable of handling situaition professionally and courteously. Sold me a car with issues promising me quick fix in couple hours and the service advisor started going off on the day saying he would put money from his family's pocket. I was not there to beg and deal with such a unprofessional human being. I am escalating this issue to ford customer service. Very upset

4 hours to diagnose engine light. No communication from service rep. He did not reply or give updates to courtesy text string. After waiting 4 hrs, I was uninformed that my truck would be kept overnight. Missed 5 hours of work that day. Got sent home in Uber. Was told I would get a link for Uber ride back to pick up my truck. Never received it. Got a call the next day to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived, was informed it won’t be ready for another 2 hours. Was promised a Uber ride link to get back to town so I could take my 2nd vehicle Home that was used to pick up my truck being serviced. Never received that link. Additionally, I Was overcharged for my oil change. Not satisfied with my service at Midway
