Jason is great. He communicates well and sets reasonable expectations. There did appear to be a problem between Jason and the rest of the service department in regards to getting the ‘13 Escape back to us. I dropped it off on Tuesday evening with the anticipation that it would be ready Friday evening for us to pick up late Friday or early Saturday morning. I was a tad bit disappointed that it took some scrambling to get it completed by Saturday afternoon. Hopefully this won’t happen again.

Not completely. My recall letter stated that I would receive a vehicle while mine was being repaired. I asked about that when I brought my car in, saying I didn’t need one that day but would need one the next, if mine wasn’t ready. The service manager answered by saying they would have my car out the same day. When I checked back that afternoon, I was told that my car wasn’t ready and that you no longer furnished loaners. That’s fine, but why wasn’t I told that when I asked, so that I could ask a friend to help me out?

Josh’’s assistance was extraordinary!! 2 diagnostics performed and I was there for a safety air bag recall! He saved me money and another trip by finding 2 things that were wrong.
