My splash guard on my Ford Fusion was not reinstalled correctly during my oil change, causing me to come back on Monday (closed on Sunday).

Josh is honest and professional. I'm glad it was Josh that I have dealt with each time I have been to Grapevine Ford. He is the only one that I want ydeal with from now on.
Something apparently beyond his control that I am very unhappy with is the rental car situation. I have to rent a vehicle each time I bring my truck in for repair and have to leave it. I feel that I should get the same treatment as everyone else that buys a vehicle from grapevine Ford since I am allowing you to repair my vehicle when I have many other options. Not only that I am only allowed a 75-mile radius to drive the rental vehicle in. I require a lot more driving than that. If I do not return to grapevine Ford it will be because of the rental car situation. You had my vehicle 5 days and I had to rent a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car and it cost me $290. This dead include insurance.

Tim explained everything that would be done in the 15,000 mile service and made some helpful suggestions on additional things I might want to have done. He arranged for a courtesy vehicle, helped me transfer some items to it from my car and said he would call me when my car was ready the next day. All the paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and Tim was so pleasant to work with. The following morning I received the promised call from Tim that my car was ready. When I picked up my car, Tim explained that no issues were found with my vehicle, the status of the brakes and tires and that the extra service had been completed. What a pleasure to do business with Tim!
