Not only has the work I brought it in for not been completed(this was the 4th time for the same issue), I was overcharged by roughly $300 more than I was quoted for parts and labor for other service! It doesn't seem to matter how many times I try to explain what I need done, no one seems to care if it gets done right or how much of an inconvenience it is returning 4 times and still not completed! The service manager refuses to return calls as well. I've left several messages for him and still have never spoken with him. I have a text message from the service adviser telling me he was not at the office to handle my questions, and when I called the dealership they advised me he in fact was there. I'm ready to send a request to FCA to try to get the work done properly as it appears this dealership will not or cannot seem to get it right. Sorry but I am regretting purchasing my new vehicle from this dealership!

I went in for an oil change, left thinking all was good. Apparently on their inspections they found that I had a puncture in one of my tires. No one told me before I left so by the time I got home my tire pressure light was on. It would have been nice to be informed so I could have fixed it then and there, not only for the convienece of it but for my own safety too. Can say with confidence I won’t be returning.

I picked up my car only to have my car damaged on the driver side front fender by somebody’s zipper scratching up my fender. Then i went around the car and the passenger side door had been damaged and had at least a 2 inch istrip of white paint as somebody whacked there car door into my car and now I have a Ding left.in the door As well I went to go and start my jeep, the jeep started however, there were no gears! the shifting device was not working and that I had not been the problem when I brought it in. So I wasted an hour commute there an hour commute home because you guys didn’t fix my car right nor did anybody test drive it to see if it was fixed correctly

Josh was awesome. I put truck in shop early Thursday morning and he got it looked at same day and repaired the next. My dad was in 1 hospital and my sister has surgery Friday plus I needed truck to pull trailer off hunting lease Sunday. He had truck outside ready for me Friday. He was a life saver.
