I was very pleased with the roadside assistance app and Kevin the mechanic that arrived to help me with my tire. However I was not please when I called the Ford Service department and was told at 3:45 that all advisors had gone for the day and couldn’t take my call just to set something up. When I purchased the car I was promised a rental any time I brought the car in for service. Amber told me they didn’t do that. This was one of the major reasons we went with Grapevine Ford because of the proximity of the dealership and service center. I then decided just to drive up to the dealership and speak to a manager. Patrick in sales was outstanding and took care of me right away and honored the agreement that we set up when I purchased the car. I knew the car could not be fixed that day. I just wanted to drop it off and get a loaner so I could get to work. Anthony a service advisor called me Monday and was very friendly and made me feel confident again in the service department. He made sure to communicate exactly what was going on with my car and when I could expect it to be done. He went above and beyond. When I was purchasing a car people were kind and friendly. I guess I just expected the same the first time Calling the service department the first time I needed them.

I have ask this several times and still do not know what's up.
• when I approved the 2.7 k of repairs last week I also followed up a email requesting that you see if there is anything that can be done to correct the out of speck 10" wheels paired with the pro comp lift kit that specificity states that the maxim wheel whith is 9 ". Not all but some of the repairs I'm paying you to do if fill the oversize wheels are the source of the failure. I asked for you to please respond to the email and you did not???? I hate to have to call the service manager there at grapevine Ford and it took serval days after repeated voice mails to finally get a hold of him and still have not heard back from him either after he said that he was going to look into the lift kit, wheels, & tires that I paid $5,000.00 bucks for you guy installed for me after buying the truck from you guys.

Lauren is 5 of 5 stars awesome and treats me with the utmost customer service - my complaint is what I felt was damage as a result of warranty work on my back door but it wasn’t covered. Not sure where the result lies but the defect didn’t occur until the recall work was done. **** but I feel that Lauren did everything in her ability to get it covered, kept me informed, was on time and always pleasant. I received a letter telling me I had free oil change to be used and no need to make an appointment. I went to the express lane and was told it would be two hours, I came back the next day and told two hours and I should have made an appointment. The next appointment was a four day wait. Really awful service
