Overall it was a good experience. It was quick and I certainly appreciate that. I also appreciate that you were able to put my rear view mirror back on too. My issue is the smearing on my windshield. It must have happened when the mirror was put back on, but there's just a decent sized smear all around the area where the mirror is, down about halfway on the windshield. Not a huge deal, but a minor issue in an overall, good experience.

Your report failed to mention what was wrong with the truck. Could it be because it was Midway’s shoddy work that caused the leak? And did you put the clear coat on that I asked you to?
