Whose job is it at airpark to inspect my vehicle after it returns from body shop? That person really screwed up, your mechanic screwed up by scratching my car and your body shop exhibited total carelessness by not painting it right.. . In addition to being without my set 392 5 days now due to the scratch (you guys fixed the window in a day) now I've Wasted 2 hours coming down there to see paint was messed up. Took me 10 seconds to notice. My time is very valuable...over $500/hour. I do not appreciate having it wasted. Simply fixing your mistake does not compensate me for my time or for being without my Challenger and worse, wasting my precious time.

Coupon said oil change and tire rotation all I got was oil change no greeters in service idle had to hunt some one down to help me and 1 hour and 20 minutes 4 an oil change is ridiculous don't think I will be coming back anytime soon

-Stressful situation to schedule an appointment and secure a loned car.
-Upon arrival the agent questioned the arrangement and wanted to charge the loner rent. This was a Ford Motor Recall. After a heated discussion, he agreed to call Jody and finally confirmed that what I said was correct. The agent said it is totally fine if I go to another shop next time.
- I had to follow up to find out about the service recomendación, as the system was down when I picked up my car.
