I would not come back- broken promises and rude employee. Expensive services and frankly it’s lousy service. I was always given a loaner car if needed. At our previous dealership. Third strike and you’re out. Every time i have been other have been unhappy with the service as well. Too bad as we love our lincoln and will soon be in market for a new one.

Pete was Awesome, got me checked in quickly, signed me up for the shuttle, then called and sent pics of my car afternit was done. When I arrived he walked me to my car, made sure I loved it before he took me over to pay for the work I had done.
