Eddie and the service manager made sure to compensate me when they discovered the part I needed to repair my vehicle was actually not covered after I was originally told it was. They went over and above by comping my rental car and then charging me for half of what the actual cost of the part and labor would have been. As a single, working mom, I so appreciate their honesty and willingness to right a wrong. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Great customer service from Michael. I asked him to ensure my car was well taken care of in terms of not running it through the car wash etc. I saw he placed specific “care and handling” notes on the ticket. They recovered very well from the scheduling error.
When I scheduled for 10:00 I got an email confirming time etc. When I got there at 9:50 there was no info in the computer. Thirty minutes later we got the info into the computer. Then the good part started, they got right on it and I was done in about 30 min. I know they felt bad and rushed the install - and I appreciate that very much.
