Jonathan provided stellar service.He was very pleasant and reassuring. Although, I was pleased by the service he provided, I was very upset after spending $1810.24 my vehicle was not washed or vaccumed. Originally, I received a message that service had been completed 2/25 around 4pm. I returned to pick up my vehicle at 10:30am 2/26. Service center closes at 9pm and opened at 7am. Between 4pm and 1030am the following morning Cerritos Nissan was provided more than enough time to insure efficient customer service was provided. Due to my time restraints I failed to mention to Jonathan how upset I was by the vehicle not being cleaned out. It should be customary to do a through check prior to bringing the vehicle to the customer. I am a loyal customer of Cerritos Nissan, my vehicle was purchased at Cerritos Nissan aside from a oil change last year all services on vehicle including oil changes have all been done by Cerritos Nissan. On account of the service provided consistently by Kenneth each time I come in for service. Jonathan was Great !!! However, Valet drivers need to look over each vehicle prior to bringing it to the customer. When I take my Benz to Mercedes I never have to tell the service reps to wash the vehicle it is automatically done. Nissan needs to make it a habit to always make sure car is properly cleaned.

Amazing customer service by Jorge Hernandez, Kyle, and all service staff. Everyone made sure I was being helped and Jorge took his time to explain thoroughly of what other services that my vehicle needed and why it’s important to get them done. Brought my vehicle in without an appointment for routine oil change and tires rotation and they were done way before the promised time. Therefore, I am very satisfied with the level of service I received. Thank you guys and keep up the great work!

No words can describe the incompetency and lack of empathy for my situation by anyone involved that I dealt with. Director level, down. We all have bad days and I’m hoping that’s all it was. Would look into some training for all associates and begin to organically work on improving the culture of the whole shop.

Pete greeted me with a friendly smile. He came and got me as soon as my car was ready. He moved my car to a more convenient location. He is a great guy!
