There is known safety issue with the faulty lead frame that I’m left to hope doesn’t malfunction for the 5th time.. I have 4 year old twins children that I pray are safe and can only hope that the next time it triggers a error message I’m close by the ford dealership and not in a accident due to a malfunctioning part that ford is aware of. My last feedback to Grapevine ford went unanswered and when I bought it back up a few weeks ago it was acknowledged so it was read but never followed up.. These surveys only get attention if the are positive? I’m extremely disappointed in Ford for not repairing a part that has had a factory extended warranty on. Probably take some massive class action suit from a f150 locking up at 70 mph in front of a school bus or something.. I’ve owned this truck since new and will be shopping for a new one soon - never have I thought of buying anything but a f150 until now. Hope my last experiences have been 1 offs and that ford steps up and stands behind the name. Thanks for listening- Clay M

By the time I walked to a nearby restaurant for breakfast, a full inspection had already been completed, and an analysis of what needed to be done in the next 10,000 miles. I have been going to the dealer from which the car was purchased in Flagstaff, but I will definitely be coming here in the future. Jorge Landeros was very professional and I appreciated the visit so much.
