Sheilah was AMAZING! I showed up this am and my appointment wasn’t on the schedule & she just took over and made it work! Then my service plan wasn’t showing on my vehicle and Nathan Kasik, my salesman, stepped up and did an awesome job of having that updated with paperwork that hadn’t been scanned properly at purchase. When I showed up to pick up the vehicle and there were still billing issues, both Nathan AND Sheilah were right there to help! They were on top of it! Top notch service! Sheilah made my day! Not only from a customer service standpoint but she just has such a great, outgoing personality as well!!
