Service rep was in a bad mood. Argumentative about the appointment. Said I didn’t have one but I have it confirmed in a text. Took way too long for the service. My wife brought her car in at the same time for the same service. She finished an hour ahead of me. Different service rep. Mine was sitting in, though. I am completely disappointed in this experience.
